Job Description
1、 工作職責簡述
- 規劃並執行常銷品與新產品原物料採購計畫，確保安定供貨與成本效益。
- 開發、評估並管理原物料供應商，建構複數供應體系以降低風險。
- 負責國際詢比議價與成本控管，達成年度採購降價目標。
- 配合公司開發新品需求，尋找符合規格的海外供應商，擴大品類供應。
- 推動供應商品質提升，協助異常供應商改善並進行供應地區優化。三年
- 支援永續採購目標（ESG），提高認證原物料採購占比。
2、 人才條件
- 學歷：大學以上，具國際貿易、企業管理、食品科學、農業相關背景尤佳。
- 經歷：
具2年以上原物料採購或進出口貿易經驗，熟悉國際採購流程及具跨國談判經驗。
優先考量曾負責食品、農產品類原物料，具供應商開發經驗者。
3. 語言能力：
英文TOEIC 750分以上
或
日文JLPT N2以上。
4. 人格特質：
敏銳的市場與成本分析能力。
良好溝通協調技巧，能於跨部門與跨國供應商間進行有效合作。
對ESG與永續採購趨勢有基本理解或參與經驗尤佳。
