工作內容

領導工程團隊，規劃並執行 AI 技術導入與產品演進方向

建立高可靠、可規模化的軟體與雲端服務，確保品質與交付效率

推動團隊建立 AI-first 與持續學習文化，鼓勵實驗與技術創新

跨團隊協調人力、資源與流程，確保專案與業務目標一致

將公司策略與商業目標轉化為清楚的工程行動與團隊共識

招募、培養並教練式帶領工程人才，協助成員職涯成長
使用的技術

Cloud Platform：AWS、Azure

Programming Languages：Python、C/C++、Java、Golang、JavaScript（依產品與團隊）

需求條件
- 5 年以上軟體工程相關經驗，具 Engineering Manager / Tech Lead 管理背景
- 曾參與或主導 AI 導入產品的專案
- 熟悉軟體或雲端服務開發流程，能兼顧品質、效率與團隊節奏
- 具良好的 跨團隊溝通與變革管理能力
- 能以數據與指標支持決策，並以使用者與客戶成功為優先
- 具 雲端原生架構、分散式系統或 AI 平台經驗 者尤佳
