隨著品牌在台版圖不斷擴張，展店案件量持續增加，我們的建設團隊正積極擴編！
我們擁有別於傳統日商的開放文化，新任日籍總經理作風活潑，非常鼓勵各層級員工提出創新提案。這個職位主要在辦公室內協助展店專案的推進，您將成為團隊中不可或缺的後勤支柱。如果您具備優秀的日語溝通能力、做事細心且對「專案管理」抱有熱忱，即使沒有建築或設計相關背景（完全白紙也沒問題！），我們都非常歡迎您加入，與品牌一同挑戰並成長！
【工作內容】
這是一份穩定且具備成長空間的職務。您將協助台籍主任與日籍主管，處理以下事務：
- 專案行政支援： 協助新店舖建設與既有店舖改裝的相關文書作業（如：建照申請通報、公文處理）。
- 帳務與採購核對： 負責處理各項發票、請款作業與帳目細項核對，確保專案預算流程順暢。
- 跨國與跨部門溝通： 參與內部會議並撰寫會議紀錄；因許多設備由日本進口，您將協助處理日文規格資料，並與日籍主管進行業務溝通。
- 庶務與營運協調： 協助店鋪營運端的需求應對、客戶意見處理與廠商聯繫。
- 未來發展： 職務初期以辦公室內勤為主（無須跟著出差）；未來若您熟悉業務且有意願，公司非常鼓勵並將培訓您挑戰更專業的專案專員業務
