職務需求
工作內容：
-迅速、親切且客製化地接待臨時來訪的客人，開啟對話並展現服務熱忱
-了解客戶背景、品牌興趣原因、購買意圖及時程，並建立完整的客戶檔案
-根據客戶需求及興趣提供量身訂製的品牌體驗及解答疑問
-熟悉所有產品與服務資訊，並掌握當地電動車車主的相關優惠政策
-收集客戶聯繫資料，協助安排有購買意圖或潛力客戶的試駕體驗，維持健康的銷售管道
職務需求：
-大專院校在學學生或應屆畢業生（不限科系）
-具親和力與服務熱忱，善於傾聽、提問與即時應對
-能夠快速學習並掌握產品知識與接待流程
-具目標導向思維，能與團隊合作，提升顧客互動品質並推動後續體驗活動的安排
-每週排班建議為 16–24 小時，需可於週末排班（實際依門市需求調整）
