

Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including workforce planning, job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
Partner with department heads to ensure timely and effective staffing.
Manage annual compensation reviews and C&B related issue.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
Act as a trusted advisor for employee concerns and conflict resolution.
Support managers in goal setting and performance improvement plans.
Ensure adherence to labor regulations and internal HR policies.
Maintain accurate employee records and organizational data.
Prepare regular HR reports (headcount, attrition, recruitment metrics, etc.).
Provide insights to support strategic decision-making.
Handle internal and external HR audits.
Ensure proper documentation and compliance with regulatory standards.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
8-10 years of progressive HR experience, including managerial responsibilities and site/manufacturer experience.
Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Fluent in English.
