工作內容
你將加入數產部門，擔任數據團隊主管，領導約10人團隊（含資料分析師與EBS財會系統開發人員），整合資料分析與系統開發資源，推動企業級數據應用。此職位將負責團隊管理（約60%）與技術參與（約40%），並參與跨部門專案，如IFRS17財務準則落地等。

系統平台：EBS 財會系統（Oracle ERP）
Persyaratan
需求條件
- 7年以上資料分析、資訊系統或相關領域經驗
- 有領導跨職能技術團隊經驗（數據分析/系統開發）
- 熟悉 R/Python、PL/SQL 或 MS SQL
- 熟悉 Tableau 或其他視覺化工具
- 良好溝通協調與專案推動能力
