核心工作內容
- 主導 IP 聯名專案：專案行銷企劃發想、策略擬定、執行與管理 ，並推動 IP 企劃與販促活動 。
- 廠商接洽與檔期推進：負責與合作廠商接洽，因應緊湊的檔期活動進行靈活的企劃置換與調整 。
- 數位媒體經營： FB、IG、LINE 等數位媒體廣告的維護與經營 。
- 品牌公關與曝光：處理媒體關係溝通維護、採訪及接待事宜，以增加品牌曝光及能見度 。
- 數據分析與優化：匯整資料與統計報表，分析行銷活動效益並持續進行優化 。
- 跨部門協作：執行其他專案與主管交付之任務 。
职务需求
- 必備經驗： 熟悉「數位廣告」或「IP 企劃」實務經驗，且具備文案撰寫能力者佳
- 個人特質： 對廣告行銷工作抱有高度熱情 ，並具備良好溝通與跨部門組織能力
- 語言能力： 具備基礎日文溝通能力尤佳 。工作上只需敢開口進行簡單的日常或開會對話即可 ，若遇專業詞彙內部也有翻譯人員可協助溝通
