【Responsibilities】

AI Infrastructure & Container Platform Development

• Design and optimize system architecture for AI-driven container platforms, supporting large-scale workloads such as model training, inference, and scheduling
• Develop and enhance Kubernetes-based components, including container runtimes, storage systems, and networking layers tailored for high-performance AI environments
• Build and improve core platform capabilities such as monitoring, logging, alerting, and auditing to ensure strong observability and system reliability

Distributed Systems & Performance Optimization

• Contribute to the development of distributed computing components that support heterogeneous workloads and scalable AI infrastructure
• Optimize system performance across compute, storage, and networking to improve efficiency and cost-effectiveness
• Support the evolution of unified platforms for both training and inference workloads

Platform Stability & Product Delivery

• Ensure platform stability, scalability, and operational excellence for enterprise-grade AI infrastructure
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust and production-ready solutions
• Continuously improve system architecture based on real-world usage and performance insights

【Requirements】

Technical Background

• Solid experience working with Kubernetes in production environments (3+ years preferred)
• Strong hands-on experience with container ecosystems (e.g., container runtimes, orchestration, storage, and networking)
• Familiarity with cloud platforms or large-scale infrastructure environments is a plus

Infrastructure & Observability Expertise

• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or log management stacks (e.g., EFK)
• Understanding of distributed systems, system performance tuning, and reliability engineering
• Experience building or customizing platform components such as exporters or plugins is a strong advantage

Industry & Domain Knowledge

• Background in cloud services, AI infrastructure, or high-performance computing environments is highly preferred
• Understanding of modern AI workloads (e.g., training, inference, large-scale model systems) is a plus

Communication & Collaboration

• Proficiency in both English and Chinese for cross-regional collaboration
• Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions aligned with business needs
• Strong collaboration skills, with experience working across engineering, product, and operations teams
