【Responsibilities】

Customer Engagement & Solution Delivery

• Partner closely with business and sales teams to support client conversations, product demos, and proof-of-concept initiatives
• Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value, including performance gains, cost efficiency, and solution architecture
• Act as a trusted technical advisor in client interactions, building credibility with technical stakeholders and decision-makers

Technical Content & Enablement

• Develop high-quality customer-facing materials such as solution overviews, technical briefs, case studies, and presentations
• Create implementation guides and documentation to support product adoption
• Collaborate with engineering teams to transform technical outcomes into compelling, market-ready narratives

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Serve as a key bridge between engineering and go-to-market teams, ensuring product strengths are effectively communicated
• Gather feedback from customers and partners to inform product improvements and roadmap priorities
• Support the articulation of product positioning and value propositions across different use cases and industries

Thought Leadership

• Contribute to technical content, knowledge sharing, and external-facing initiatives such as workshops or events
• Help strengthen the company’s technical presence and credibility within the AI infrastructure ecosystem

【Requirements】

Technical Background

• Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related fields
• Solid understanding of GPU architectures or accelerated computing frameworks (e.g., CUDA or similar)
• Familiarity with AI/ML workflows (training & inference), high-performance computing, or cloud-native environments (e.g., containers, Kubernetes)

Experience

• 3–5+ years of experience in solutions engineering, pre-sales, technical consulting, or related roles
• Hands-on experience in system optimization, technical implementation, or product deployment
• Exposure to cloud platforms, AI infrastructure, or large-scale distributed systems is a plus

Communication & Business Acumen

• Strong ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences
• Experience creating technical documentation, presentations, or customer-facing materials
• Experience working alongside sales or business teams in B2B environments is highly preferred

Mindset

• Self-driven and comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments
• Willing to take ownership across both strategy and execution
• Motivated by building from the ground up and contributing to product and market growth
