【職務內容】
1.招募任用管理：負責總部人才的招募規劃與執行，掌握組織成長與用人趨勢，靈活運用多元招募管道（含社群平台），深化雇主品牌形象
2.人才發展與訓練：從需求盤點到訓練推動，設計具策略性的學習發展方案，培育關鍵人才，強化組織競爭力
3.人力資源分析與流程優化：運用人力資源數據分析，檢視制度效能與運作現況，主動提出改善方案，優化人資流程與人才發展績效，為決策提供具洞察的建議
4.人資專案與推行：參與或主導人資相關專案，結合內外部資源與區域 HR 團隊協作，確保展開並推動持續創新與改進
职务需求
1.大專院校以上，企業管理、人力資源、其他商科相關科系畢佳；具科技業或半導體經驗背景佳。
2.需具五年以上人資招募、教育訓練相關經驗。
3.溝通能力佳、細心且積極學習，具備團隊合作精神。
4.具備英文書寫與溝通能力
