你不只擅長會員經營，更擁有以「數據驅動策略」的敏銳度嗎？ 我們正在為國內最具規模的指標性零售與通訊集團尋找一位資深會員行銷企劃。在這裡，你將加入約 20 人的專業行銷團隊，不僅擁有大型企業豐沛的資源與龐大的會員數據庫，更能發揮你的資料分析專長，協助品牌深耕顧客關係、提升會員終身價值！

1. 會員行銷策略與專案執行
- 規劃並執行品類 GTM（Go-To-Market）會員行銷專案，精準提升新品轉換率與會員滲透率。
- 擬定會員分群／分級／生命周期策略，策劃互動活動，活化會員並帶動回購。
- 設計並優化會員權益與點數制度，擴大會員參與度與品牌忠誠度。
- 與原廠品牌協作 CRM 專案，串聯內外部資源，並推動異業合作洽談與執行。
2. 數據追蹤與效益分析
- 數據萃取與洞察： 根據行銷目標，精準產出會員名單（分群、回購、再活化名單）。
- 視覺化報表： 整合多方數據來源，熟練運用 Tableau、Excel 製作追蹤報表與 Dashboard。
- 成效優化： 定期追蹤行銷活動效益，並設計 A/B Test 或實驗模型，根據數據結果提出具體行動方案。
職務需求
【MUST】
- 經驗要求： 具備 3 年以上會員行銷／CRM／顧客經營實務經驗
- 硬實力（關鍵面試門檻）：
- 精通 Excel（熟練使用樞紐分析、圖表、進階函數）
- 具備 Tableau 實務操作經驗（能獨立製作 Dashboard 或週期性報表）
- 具備 SQL、Python 等數據處理能力
- 軟實力： 對數據與成效具備高敏感度，能獨立產出高品質的數據分析報告
- 具備高度組織敏銳度與高 EQ：能精準掌握企業文化，擅長跨部門溝通協調與專案提案，重視團隊和諧與合作
【Better】
- 擁有零售、電商、品牌或金融產業的會員分析經驗
- 熟悉 GA4 及主流 CRM 工具（如 Insider, Salesforce 等）
- 具備顧客旅程設計、會員系統操作或 MarTech 專案導入經驗者尤佳
