[您將負責的工作內容]
1. 人才招募與雇主品牌 (Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding)
- 負責北區端到端招募流程：從職缺刊登、履歷篩選、面試安排到任用敘薪
- 經營與優化多元招募管道，提升雇主品牌形象
- 規劃並執行新進員工入職引導，協助優秀人才快速融入團隊
2. 訓練發展與文化建立 (Learning & Development)
- 從 0 到 1 規劃與執行年度教育訓練計畫，建立系統化的企業內部課程架構
- 負責課程執行與專案管理，包含資訊蒐集、報名通知與費用核銷建檔
- 執行訓練成效評估（如課後滿意度、測驗等），持續優化培訓品質
3. 人資營運與行政支援 (HR Operations & Administration)
- 執行員工福利專案管理，包含保險作業、健康檢查安排等
- 協助人資總務相關行政庶務與跨部門溝通
- 彈性支援主管交辦之組織發展相關專案任務
