【你將負責的工作內容】
- 供應商開發與管理： 負責食材供應商、代工廠的開發、稽核評鑑、合約談判與關係維護
- 採購與成本控管： 執行各項食材價格與規格確認，進行成本分析與市場趨勢評估，確保進貨品質與供貨穩定
- 跨部門協作與訪廠： 協同品管（QA）團隊進行供應商與廠區的實地稽核，確保食品安全與標準達標
- 異常與危機處理： 靈活應對進貨異常、缺貨等突發狀況，迅速溝通協調並尋找替代方案
- 新品開發與品評： 參與新商品開發提案，並與團隊共同進行產品試吃與意見回饋（因產業特性，需能接受並喜愛生食/海鮮料理）

応募条件
- 經驗要求： 具備 3 年以上採購工作經驗（具備「連鎖餐飲業」或「食材 OEM 採購」經驗者將優先考慮）
- 專業技能： 數字邏輯清晰，能熟練活用 Excel 進行數據分析與統整
- 人格特質： 具備強大的溝通協調能力與抗壓性，能適應快速變動的零售餐飲步調
- 加分條件： 熟悉日本企業文化，或具備日文溝通能力者佳（常有機會與日系廠商交涉）
