身為資深後端工程師，你將參與平台從「穩定運行」到「架構現代化」的關鍵轉型期：
- 系統架構演進： 帶領核心服務從舊有的 GAE / Datastore 遷移至 FastAPI / Cloud SQL，設計高擴充性、模組化的資料模型。
- 大規模穩定維運： 確保題庫、學習歷程等核心功能在百萬級流量下依然穩定、安全且高效。
- AI 驅動創新： 探索 AI 技術（如 LLM 應用）與教育場景的整合，並推動開發流程 AI 化（全額補助 GitHub Copilot）。
- 技術開源文化： 實踐「教育共益」，推動程式碼與技術文件開源化，建立與技術社群的深度連結。
職務需求
✅ 必備條件 (Requirements)
- 專業資歷： 3 年以上後端開發經驗，精通 Python（或熟悉其他語言並願意轉 Python），具備規劃中大型系統架構的能力。
- 雲端經驗： 熟悉 GCP 生態系、Docker 與 Kubernetes 容器化部署。
- 工程素養： 強烈的測試意識，追求乾淨、可讀、易於維護的程式碼（Clean Code）。
- 協作能力： 具備跨團隊溝通經驗，能將複雜技術問題轉譯給 PM 或設計團隊理解。
- 認同使命： 認同開源精神與教育公益價值，願意分享成果。
🌟 加分條件 (Preferred Skills)
- 精通 FastAPI、SQLAlchemy 及資料庫效能優化（PostgreSQL）。
- 曾參與開源專案維護，熟悉 GitHub 協作工作流。
- 具備 LLM / AI 工具整合 經驗，能利用 AI 提升團隊產出。
- 有 EdTech 相關經驗，或對翻轉教育有長期實踐的熱情。
