Job Description
• 與業務領導者合作，制定並實施業務人員策略；透過基於業務理解，確保相關的人員能力和組織效率，支援業務目標和計畫。
• 了解關鍵業務重點，將其轉化為切實可行的人力資源介入措施，並確保有效應用人員管理實務。作為人力資源部門的主要溝通對象，積極支持直線經理，引導員工提問。
• 制定並實施符合法律要求和公司標準的人力資源政策和程序。
• 與所有員工建立並維持良好的關係，確保高水準的員工敬業度和滿意度。
• 為直線主管提供人力資源政策和實務的指導和發展。
• 與領導者合作進行人才管理，包括招募、人才留任和繼任計畫。
• 進行人才評估，以確定組織優勢和發展機會。
• 隨時了解產業趨勢和最佳實踐，並不斷改進人力資源專案和服務。
• 執行人力資源領導分配的其他職責。
Requirements
• 擁有人力資源、商業或相關領域的學士學位。
• 12年以上人力資源管理經驗，並具備管理經驗。
• 精通人力資源法律法規，並且能夠有效且有策略地解讀和應用這些法律法規。
• 卓越的溝通、人際溝通和演講技巧，能夠以清晰簡潔的方式與組織各級人員溝通。
• 卓越的問題解決能力，能夠創造性和策略性地思考，為複雜的人力資源挑戰制定創新解決方案。
• 擁有與關鍵利害關係人（包括高階領導、同儕和外部合作夥伴）建立良好關係的良好記錄。
