這是一家專注於系統軟體與虛擬化技術的國際新創團隊，致力於打造新一代 Microkernel 與 Hypervisor 平台，應用於車用系統、機器人與邊緣運算場景。團隊核心成員具備深厚的 embedded 與系統底層背景，並與一線晶片大廠建立長期技術合作，產品已實際導入主流 ARM 架構平台。
隨著 Software-Defined Vehicle（SDV）成為未來十年的產業關鍵趨勢，公司正站在這波轉型浪潮的核心位置，從底層系統架構切入，打造高安全性與高效能的運算基礎。對工程師而言，這不只是寫 code，而是參與下一世代運算架構的建立。
【工作內容】
- 開發與優化 Hypervisor 與核心作業系統元件
- 深入系統底層（Kernel / Virtualization Layer）進行效能與安全性優化
- 設計與實作 OS 核心機制（memory management / scheduling / I/O）
- 開發與除錯各類 device drivers（PCIe / DMA 等）
- 與跨國團隊合作，支援產品整合與客戶需求
【使用技術】
- C++ / Rust
- Linux / RTOS / 自研 Kernel
- Hypervisor（KVM / Xen / ACRN）
- ARMv8 / ARMv9 Architecture
- Git / Gerrit / Jenkins / CI/CD
- Docker（測試與環境模擬）
職務需求
【需求條件】
- 3 年以上系統軟體或 OS 底層開發經驗（Kernel / RTOS / Linux）
- 熟悉 OS internals（memory management / scheduler / I/O / interrupt）
- 具 Hypervisor 相關開發經驗（KVM / Xen / ACRN / ARM virtualization）
- 精通 C++，具 Rust 經驗尤佳
- 具 Device Driver 開發經驗（PCIe / DMA / char/block device）
- 熟悉 ARMv8 / v9 架構
- 熟悉 Git、CI/CD 工具與 Agile 開發流程
【加分條件】
- 有實際產品化或量產經驗
- 熟悉虛擬化效能優化或安全機制設計
- 能適應英文工作環境（跨國協作/出差機會）
