工作內容介紹
您將成為 Java 後端核心開發成員，參與金融平台的功能開發與系統優化，協助打造穩定、擴充性高的分散式服務。工作內容包含：

依照產品規劃開發核心模組，並與前後端、測試團隊協作推進專案

撰寫可維護、高可讀性之後端程式，進行效能優化與問題排除

協助設計與改善後端系統架構、資料流程與中介服務整合
-
與海內外團隊進行系統對接與技術文件撰寫
使用技術
-
程式語言：Java 11+, Spring Boot, Spring MVC
-
系統架構：Kafka、Zookeeper、Dubbo、微服務設計
-
系統整合：RESTful API、Redis、分散式事務處理
-
協作工具：Git、Jira、Confluence
Requirements
- 具3年以上 Java 後端開發經驗
- 熟悉 JVM、Web開發原理、分散式架構處理與快取機制
- 熟悉主流框架（如 Spring Boot、SpringMVC）及開源技術使用
- 有 Kafka、Zookeeper、Dubbo 等架構經驗者加分
- 擅長跨部門溝通與技術文件撰寫，具備問題解決能力
