【你將負責的工作內容】
會員行銷策略與專案執行
- 策略擬定： 規劃並執行品類 GTM（Go-To-Market）會員行銷專案，提升新品上市轉換與會員滲透率。
- 分眾經營： 擬定會員分群／分級／生命周期策略及活動，有效提升會員活躍度與回購率。
- 制度優化： 設計並優化會員權益與點數制度，擴大會員參與感。
- 跨界整合： 與原廠品牌協作 CRM 專案，並主導異業合作洽談與執行，串聯內外部資源。
數據追蹤與效益分析
- 精準行銷： 根據行銷目的，分析並產出精準的會員名單（如分群、回購、再活化名單）。
- 數據視覺化： 整合多方數據來源，透過 Tableau、Excel 製作追蹤報表與視覺化圖表。
- 成效優化： 定期追蹤各類會員行銷活動的效益，並設計 A/B Test 等實驗，根據數據結果提出具體行動方案與優化建議。
応募条件
【我們希望你具備的條件】
MUST：
- 具備 3 年以上會員行銷／CRM／顧客經營相關經驗
- 具備獨立資料處理與視覺化能力，實際操作過以下分析工具：
- 熟悉 Excel（樞紐分析、圖表、函數）
- Tableau（能製作 Dashboard 或週期性報表）
- 具備 SQL、Python 等數據處理能力
- 對數據與行銷成效具備高敏感度，能獨立完成數據分析報告
BETTER：
- 擁有零售、電商、品牌或金融產業的會員分析經驗
- 熟悉 GA4、CRM 工具（如 Insider、Salesforce 等）
- 具備顧客旅程設計、操作會員系統或 MarTech 專案經驗

- 薪資待遇： 月薪 47,000 元以上（依經歷面議）。年薪保障 13.5 - 14.5 個月，另有營運/績效獎金制度（依表現分潤）
- 工作時間： 08:00 - 17:00（享彈性上下班 30 分鐘機制，兼顧生活品質）
- 工作地點： 新北市新店區（近中正路），提供氣派寬敞、明亮舒適的辦公與培訓環境
