🔷 職位職責
- 製專案開發： 負責新技術收集分析並運用於產品設計中。執行訂製品相關設計、制定產品規範及進行製程評估，滿足國際大廠客戶的高階測試需求
- 專案時程掌控： 獨立執行新產品及專案相關的研發進度掌握，確保開發流程順利達成
- 樣品製作與分析： 支援處理專案案件之開發設計、專案樣品製作、數據分析及嚴謹的測試作業
- 產品優化與創新： 持續改進現有產品性能及優化品質，並定期進行新技術收集、研究與內部團隊分享
🔷 職位要求
- 大學學歷以上，機械工程、機構設計等相關科系畢業
- 具備機構設計、治具/檢具或自動化設備開發經驗，熟練操作 3D 繪圖軟體（如 SolidWorks、Creo/Pro-E 等）
- 了解基本金屬加工、塑膠射出成型等製程與公差分析
- 具備半導體測試座 (Test Socket)、探針卡 (Probe Card) 或消費性電子產品測試載具設計經驗者大加分
- 個性積極負責，具備良好的跨部門（業務/FAE）溝通能力，且渴望在無需出差的穩定環境中專注提升技術實力
