職位亮點
✅ 主導支付生態圈的核心基石：負責會員帳戶體系、店家端服務與 CRM 系統，這些是電子支付運作最關鍵的底層模組，將影響龐大的交易數據與使用者體驗。
✅ 綜觀全局的產品策略視野：你將與業務、客服、風控部門深度協作，從商業模式、風險管理到用戶留存，鍛鍊解決複雜問題的能力。
✅ 複雜系統架構的設計挑戰：領導團隊規劃高複雜度的系統交互邏輯，在確保金融級系統「穩定」與「正確」的前提下，推動產品功能的快速落地與迭代。
✅ 數據驅動的增長實踐：利用龐大的平台數據挖掘用戶洞察，定義實驗指標並透過 A/B Testing 等方法持續優化會員與店家的增長轉化。
職位職責
🔹 核心模組規劃與管理：負責會員註冊流程、店家管理平台、後台支援系統及 CRM 策略的完整產品生命週期管理。
🔹 需求整合與優先級排序：主動收集並整合各業務部門需求，在變動的市場環境中精準判斷開發優先權，並產出高品質的 PRD、User Flow 與 Wireframe。
🔹 跨部門溝通協作：擔任開發、業務、風控與客服之間的橋樑，確保各方對產品規格達成共識，並排除開發過程中的各項阻礙。
🔹 數據洞察與功能驗證：建立關鍵指標監控產品表現，從數據中發現痛點與增長機會，並透過實驗設計（Experimentation）驗證產品假設。
🔹 系統優化與穩定性把關：在功能更新的同時，確保會員數據的安全與系統交互的邏輯嚴密，維護支付平台的品牌信任感。
職位要求
✔ 3 年以上產品管理經驗，並具備開發會員系統、CRM、B2B/SaaS 或後台管理系統的實戰經驗。
✔ 具備實際團隊管理經驗，或 Mentor 經驗。
✔ 具備撰寫精確需求文件（PRD）及繪製 User Flow、Wireframe 的能力。
✔ 具備數據解讀能力，能利用數據挖掘用戶 Insight 並轉化為可行的產品優化方案。
✔ 擅長跨部門協作，具備帶領團隊達成目標並促進成員成長的能力。
加分條件：
- 曾有用戶增長（User Growth）功能開發經驗。
- 具備金融業、支付產業或大型電商相關背景。
- 熟悉電子支付相關法規與合規要求。
