职务需求
【工作內容】
行政管理
- 總公司及各據點辦公環境管理
- 員工制度管理
- IT資產採購管理（採購流程、供應商管理及資產台帳管理）
- 公司內部活動（尾牙、周年活動等）之規劃與執行
契約與法務
- 各類契約管理（租賃契約、採購契約、委外服務契約等）
- 契約審查、內部協調及契約範本建立
- 與外部法律顧問之聯繫窗口（含案件諮詢及費用管理）
- 公司登記、公告及訴訟案件之管理與記錄
法遵與內控
- 公司規章制度與作業手冊之制定與修訂管理
- 風險與法遵委員會之運作管理
- 法遵教育訓練之規劃與推動
- 內部通報制度之管理與運作
對外事務與監查應對
- 各項營業許可與證照之申請及更新管理
- 與政府機關之申請、報告及申報作業
- 與IATA等相關國際組織之聯繫業務
- ISO9001認證更新及外部稽核應對
- AEO稽核應對及AEO管理委員會運作
- 災害或事故發生時之應變與緊急聯絡維護
【職缺期望】
- 建立契約審查標準流程（契約範本、檢核表、核准流程）並提升處理效率
- 建立公司規章修訂之版本管理與制度實施・降低各類監查（ISO／客戶／AEO）之指摘事項並提升改善效率
- 強化風險與法遵委員會運作（會議紀錄及追蹤
【必要條件】
- 5年以上企業法務或契約審查相關經驗
- 具採購、委外或契約審查與協商經驗
- 具跨部門協調能力（營運單位、管理部門、外部律師及稽核應對等）
- 具主管或團隊管理經驗・具基本英文溝通能力（部分契約文件為英文）
【加分條件】
- 具物流、貨運代理、倉儲或國際貿易產業經驗
- 具法遵制度、內部通報制度或委員會運作經驗
- 具ISO9001或AEO稽核應對經驗
- 具個人資料保護相關實務經驗
