工作內容
你將以 IT Generalist / IT Officer 的角色，負責台灣辦公室的 IT 系統穩定運作，並參與跨區域的 IT 專案與數位優化。

支援在地、區域與全球 IT 策略執行，並參與 IT 專案推動

維護 IT 系統、網路與基礎設施的穩定性、效能與可用性
-
提供以使用者為導向的技術支援，提升內部運作效率
-
執行並監控資安政策，確保資料與系統安全
-
參與數位化與流程自動化，協助工具導入與改善
-
管理 IT 資產生命週期與供應商合作，兼顧成本與合規
-
視需求支援跨國或跨部門 IT 協作（含出差可能）
使用的技術 / 環境
-
Microsoft Azure
-
Microsoft 365（含 Teams / Teams Telephony）
-
Windows / 基礎伺服器與網路管理
-
On-premises + Cloud 混合式環境
-
基本資安、網路與系統管理實務
需求條件
-
資訊工程、資訊科技或相關科系學士以上
-
2 年以上 IT Generalist / IT Operations / Technical Support / System or Network Admin 經驗
-
具備實際 IT 營運與使用者支援經驗

熟悉雲端服務（如 Azure）與企業內部 IT 環境
-
能以中文工作，並具備基本英文閱讀與溝通能力

對資訊安全、系統穩定性與組織效率有高度責任感
