職務需求
1. 制度與組織優化
- 管理系統化：協助推動組織結構明確化，完善管理制度系統，並提升企業經營管理會議的運作效率。
- 內控制度建立：評估並建構符合法令要求的內部控制制度，確保其有效支撐公司整體營運。
2. 稽核計畫執行與監督
- 風險導向稽核：依據風險評估擬定並執行年度稽核計畫，針對稽核結果產出專業報告及改善建議。
- 持續追蹤：定期追蹤缺失改善進度，確保內部控制制度被落實執行。
- 品質控管：指導/與稽核團隊成員合作，確保稽核發現的準確性與報告質量。
3. 子公司與海外管理
- 跨國監督：協助推動對子公司之監督與管理作業。
- 海外派駐/出差：需配合派駐海外廠區（或定期出差）進行現場稽核作業，確保海外營運據點之合規性。
4. 專案管理
- 執行主管交辦之各項管理專案或專案稽核任務。
【其他條件】
- 具大型上市櫃公司經驗累計10年以上稽核及財會經驗，其中稽核經驗至少3年
- 具備國際內部稽核師執照(CIA)佳
- 能配合出差/派駐海外廠進行內稽相關作業者佳
