Persyaratan
團隊協作與管理：
- 進行多方跨部門溝通與協調，有效激發團隊生產力及效率。
- 主動積極回報工作進度，並確保所有任務於時效前高品質完成。
全面會計與報表管理：
- 監督會計團隊提供正確的會計帳目和報告，確保符合公司標準及法規要求。
- 負責月末和年末結帳流程，確保高效及時地完成。
流程優化與內部控制：
- 積極與跨部門合作，共同改進財務/會計流程，推動效率提升。
- 確保會計制度及流程符合 GAAP (一般公認會計原則) 準則，維持高度專業性。
- 制定並記錄業務流程和會計政策，以維護和加強內部控制，確保財務運作的穩健性。
稅務管理：
- 處理稅務審計和各類稅務申報，確保符合稅務法規。
其他事項：
- 具公司清算、停業及解散專案管理經驗，能主導相關法定程序，包含資產盤點與處分、債權債務協商、稅務結清申報、員工安置安排及與政府機關之溝通協調。
- 協助主管處理其他交辦的財務相關事務。
- 熟悉 Excel 及 Word軟體應用。
