工作內容：
營運支援與決策協助：協助 CEO 處理日常營運管理、策略決策資料整理與執行追蹤。
流程優化與制度建立：參與公司行政、法務、財務等內部流程的整合與改善。
對外溝通與業務支援：協助洽談合作、參與客戶會議、支援簡報與提案製作。
資料分析與簡報製作：彙整市場、技術與競爭資訊，產出決策建議與高品質報告。
專案協調與進度掌控：跨部門協作，確保研發、生產、業務等專案目標達成。
Persyaratan
- 學歷背景：大學以上，理工或生命科學相關領域尤佳，但不限科系，重視邏輯與學習力。
- 工作經驗：3 年以上專案管理、幕僚、營運協調或技術產業經驗。
- 語言能力：具良好英文溝通與商業書信能力，能獨立處理國際往來事務。
- 工具與能力：熟悉 Office / Google Workspace，具結構化思考與資料整理能力。
- 人格特質：細心負責、溝通協調力強、抗壓性高，能靈活應對變化與挑戰。
