Deskripsi Pekerjaan
- 不僅是執行層面的小編，更需要具備策略規劃能力，能對社群渠道進行深度經營與洞察。
- 目標不僅是經營品牌聲量，更要能帶來實質的轉換率（如：產品使用量或捐款轉換）。
- 執行數位廣告投放（如 Facebook／Instagram／Google Ads），包含：受眾設定、素材測試、預算控管與效益優化
- 追蹤與分析廣告成效數據，提出調整建議與優化行動，持續提升廣告 ROAS 與捐款率。
- 與影音、設計、工程團隊密切合作，確保素材如期上線並正常運作。
福利：
保障年薪13個月
入職即享有第一年 4 天特休假，並且每年度皆有 3 天全薪事假 + 3 天全薪家庭照顧假。
Persyaratan
- 具備 5 年以上數位行銷經驗，熟悉各大社群平台操作邏輯。
- 具備廣告內容產製與投放操作的完整實戰經驗，曾實際執行從策略發想、素材製作到廣告上線與優化的完整流程，且過去經驗需兼具內容與投放兩者實戰操作，而非側重其中一環。
- 善於分析數據並制定優化方案，能有效提升廣告投資報酬率。
- 樂於探索並運用新興科技工具（包含但不限於 AI），持續優化工作流程與提升團隊效率。
