加入我們這個國際金融科技產品團隊，參與設計並優化核心交易平台架構。我們的團隊成員橫跨多國，合作對象包含資深開發、產品與營運團隊，技術挑戰性高、成長曲線快。
公司持續擴編技術部門，並以「技術驅動產品」為核心精神，期待有系統思維與團隊管理經驗的你，帶領工程團隊邁向下一個技術高峰。
我們正在尋找一位具有平台設計視野的技術經理，協助帶領核心平台團隊，管理從資深 Team Lead 到中階工程師的技術人才。
💡【你的職責】
-
管理 3-4 人後端工程團隊，包含Team Lead
-
負責交易系統的穩定性、效能與擴展性規劃
-
與 VP、產品與架構團隊密切合作，確保交付成果
职务需求
✔【我們希望你有】
- 精通 Java，或是Golang/ C#經驗但願意轉換寫Java
- 熟悉交易系統設計與分散式架構
- 至少 3 年以上技術管理經驗
- 擅長人才培育與跨文化溝通（與新加坡主管協作）
