這是一家專注於Web3與區塊鏈應用開發的新創公司，由來自日本的創辦人領導，主要服務日本地區的企業客戶，提供行銷及軟體開發整合解決方案。在日本及東南亞經營超過七間公司，旗下產業涵蓋網路行銷、數位轉型、Call Center及Blockchain與AI顧問服務，累積客戶包含多家日本上市企業（受保密條款限制，無法公開）。
本公司成立的目的，是希望發展區塊鏈衍生產品與Web3.0生態，目前已建立自有私鏈，並開發多款應用產品：

🔁 DEX平台 — 具跨鏈Bridge與Swap功能，打造安全且高效的去中心化交易體驗。

🧩 NFT 2B平台（2024年底已正式上線） — 讓企業可自行Mint與空投NFT，提升品牌互動與行銷創新。
產品以日本市場為主軸，未來將拓展至亞洲其他地區。公司開發比例為90%自有產品＋10%客製化專案，並計畫持續拓展區塊鏈及Web3產品線。

Requirements
工作內容
作為 Sr. QA Engineer（資深測試工程師），你將主導整個品質驗證策略與測試框架的建立，確保Web3產品在不同鏈與環境下的穩定與安全。
主要職責包含：

與PM及研發團隊合作，定義測試目標與品質指標

制定並執行全面的測試策略（功能、效能、壓力與安全測試）

開發與維護自動化測試框架，支援CI/CD流程
-
驗證dApp互操作性與錢包整合
-
分析QA指標並持續優化測試流程
使用技術
Python / JavaScript
Selenium、JMeter、Postman
CI/CD工具（Jenkins、GitLab CI）
區塊鏈測試工具（MythX、Slither）
PostgreSQL、Docker、AWS
需求條件
-
4年以上軟體測試或SDET經驗
-
精通功能、效能與安全測試流程與工具
-
具自動化測試開發經驗（Python / JS）
-
優秀的跨部門協作與問題分析能力
-
能撰寫測試報告，並與國際團隊協作
加分條件：

具測試團隊管理經驗

熟悉區塊鏈或FinTech產品測試
-
有CI/CD自動化實務經驗
-
具日文溝通能力尤佳(英/日都簡單溝通能力也可)
待遇與工作模式
💰 年薪 NTD 1.2M - 2M（保障14個月薪）
📍 台北市中山區（捷運中山站出口即達，每週可遠端三天）
🕙 上班時間 10:00 - 19:00(彈性上下班一小時)
