Requirements
工作內容

安裝與設定電腦硬體、作業系統、網路及週邊設備（印表機、掃描器等）
-
監控與維護公司內部電腦系統及網路，確保服務穩定運作
-
協助帳號設定、密碼與登入問題處理
-
提供公司內部使用者的技術支援與操作教育
-
進行系統測試與新技術評估，優化整體 IT 支援流程
-
維護網路安全，確保資訊資產隱私與完整性
使用技術
-
作業系統：Windows / MacOS
-
網路環境：LAN / VPN / 防火牆管理
-
工具：Microsoft Office（Excel、PowerPoint、Outlook、Word）、JIRA
-
系統監控與安全防護工具（基礎設定與維運）
需求條件
-
專科以上學歷，資訊工程、應用數學或工業工程相關科系佳
-
具 2 年以上 IT 維運或 MIS 實務經驗
-
熟悉電腦系統與網路運作原理
-
了解資訊安全與資料保護基本概念
-
若具 IT 認證（如 CompTIA、CCNA、MCSA 等）尤佳
-
具良好溝通能力與服務導向思維，樂於協助同仁解決問題
