Cake – a professional headhunting firm in Asia, is supporting a AAA Gaming Studio from Singapore to hire talented Art Lead (MOBA). The role is looking for a talented and experienced Art Lead specializing in the MOBA (Multiplayer Online Battle Arena) genre. As the Art Lead for MOBA project, you will play a vital role in shaping the visual direction and aesthetic appeal of the game while leading a team of artists to deliver high-quality art assets.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead and inspire a team of artists to create visually stunning environments, characters, and assets that align with the game's artistic vision.
• Collaborate closely with the art director, game designers, and other cross-functional teams to ensure art assets meet the project's requirements and maintain a consistent style.
• Provide artistic direction, feedback, and guidance to artists to ensure the highest level of quality and creativity in all art assets.
• Manage the art production pipeline, schedules, and workflows to meet project milestones and deadlines.
• Stay current with industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the visual quality of the game.

• Extensive experience in the game industry as an artist, with a strong portfolio showcasing work on MOBA or similar multiplayer games.
• Proven leadership skills with experience managing and mentoring a team of artists.
• In-depth knowledge of art fundamentals, including color theory, composition, and visual storytelling.
• Proficiency in industry-standard art tools, such as Adobe Creative Suite, Maya, ZBrush, or others.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-disciplinary teams.
• Passion for MOBA games and a strong understanding of their visual and gameplay requirements.
