此角色將負責用戶成長、行銷運營與數據優化，
透過數據、內容與社群經營，推動平台使用與用戶規模成長。
🎯 角色使命
✔ 推動用戶成長（Acquisition / Activation / Engagement）
✔ 優化轉換流程與產品使用體驗
✔ 建立數據導向的成長策略
✔ 打造開發者與技術社群影響力
💼 主要工作內容
用戶成長策略
- 規劃並執行用戶獲取與活化策略
- 優化轉換漏斗與 onboarding 體驗
- 推動開發者與企業用戶成長
數據分析與優化
- 分析關鍵指標（用戶成長、轉換率、使用行為等）
- 持續透過數據優化成長策略與投放方向
- 建立成效追蹤與決策機制
行銷與品牌推動
- 規劃並執行行銷活動與技術推廣
- 支援產業活動、Webinar 與技術分享
- 建立品牌在 AI 與開發者社群的影響力
內容與社群經營
- 規劃技術導向內容（文件、教學、案例等）
- 建立並經營開發者社群
- 強化產品使用情境與最佳實務分享
Yêu cầu
✔ 3 年以上 Growth / Marketing / 營運相關經驗
✔ 熟悉 SaaS、雲端或 AI 產品生態尤佳
✔ 具備數據分析能力與成長思維
✔ 對技術產品與開發者市場有基本理解
✔ 熟悉 AI 工具並能應用於工作流程提升效率
✔ 中英文流利
➕ 加分條件
✔ 有 AI 平台、SaaS 或雲端產品經驗
✔ 熟悉 SQL、BI 或數據分析工具
✔ 具 Developer Marketing 或 技術行銷經驗
✔ 有國際市場 或 開發者成長經驗
