Job Description
[ 工作內容 ]
1. 行程管理： 協助安排主管的會議、行程和差旅。2. 文件處理： 準備和整理部會會議資料、簡報和報告。
3. 溝通協調： 協助處理主管的信件、電子郵件和電話，並與團隊成員協調。
4. 辦公室支援： 管理辦公用品、協助會議安排，並處理其他行政事務。
[ 工作需求 ]
1. 大學以上學歷
2. 具備2年以上行政工作經驗
3. 熟悉 Microsoft Office 軟體 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
4. 良好的溝通能力和組織能力
5. 具備學習意願和積極的工作態度
6. 流利的英文能力（多益至少 750 分，或英文口語流利，有證照證明可一併附上）
