Responsibilities:
- Manage and support Microsoft Active Directory (Azure AD) and Office 365, ensuring smooth IT operations.
- Provide technical support to employees, troubleshoot IT issues, and improve overall user experience.
- Handle staff onboarding and offboarding, including access control and security integrity.
- Maintain and upgrade IT hardware, software, and network infrastructure to enhance system performance.
- Collaborate with vendors for new product evaluation, procurement, and IT service improvements.
