【職務概要】
負責品牌社群帳號的日常內容規劃與執行，包含貼文撰寫、排程發布、社群互動、數據追蹤與 KOC/UGC 素材管理。 你將在主管帶領下，逐步建立對品牌聲音與受眾溝通的理解，並透過持續優化，提升社群的觸及與黏著度。
【工作職責】
社群內容規劃與平台執行
- 依據品牌規劃 Instagram、Facebook 等平台的主題與發文節奏；負責圖文、短影音腳本及內容排程發布，並能運用 Canva 或 Figma 進行基礎素材產製，確保視覺與文案皆符合品牌規範。
社群互動維護
- 負責第一線社群互動管理（如問答、投票、抽獎等活動），藉此提升粉絲參與率與品牌黏著度；同時監控品牌口碑與相關話題，針對異常狀況主動回報。
UGC 與 KOC 合作資源管理
- 執行 KOC 招募流程、維護合作清單並追蹤素材交付成效；同時負責蒐集與篩選 UGC 內容，配合行銷活動進行二創或轉發，有效整合社群素材以極大化推廣效益。
數據成效與策略迭代優化
- 定期追蹤各貼文之觸及、互動及追蹤數成長，每週產出數據摘要協助主管掌握內容風向；並根據數據反饋優化內容策略。
【任職資格】
- 大學以上學歷，科系不限（傳播、行銷、中文等相關科系尤佳）
- 1 年以上社群小編或內容創作相關經驗，應屆畢業有相關實習者亦歡迎
- 具文字能力，能以品牌口吻撰寫有溫度的貼文，不生硬、不機器人感
- 熟悉 Instagram、Facebook 平台操作，有 Canva 或 Figma 基礎
- 對寵物有熱情、喜愛寵物，熱衷為毛小孩付出，能感同身受地理解受眾需求
