【Responsibilities】

Design and maintain monitoring, alerting, and logging systems to ensure backend performance.

Develop observability tools to gain insights from operational data and prevent issues early.

Collaborate with development teams to build scalable systems on AWS.

Automate deployment, scaling, and operations using platform engineering.

Support disaster recovery planning and capacity testing.

Analyze and optimize system performance.

Conduct post-incident reviews to identify root causes and preventive measures.

Maintain system documentation.

Stay current on SRE best practices and technologies.

Implement application metrics and alerts for proactive monitoring.

职务需求

【Required Skills】

Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

5+ years as a Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.

Proficient in AWS (EC2, S3, CloudWatch, Lambda, RDS).

Strong understanding of platform engineering.

Experience with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.

Skilled in IaC tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.

Proficient in scripting languages like Python, Go, or Shell.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
