Persyaratan
📌 工作內容
你將成為內部 IT 團隊的重要成員，主要負責總部與內部同仁的 IT 支援與系統維運，並有機會依興趣與能力，參與更進階的自動化或系統相關專案：
-
提供內部使用者 IT 技術支援，協助解決日常軟硬體問題

進行 IT 硬體、作業系統與應用程式的安裝、設定與故障排除
-
協助管理與維護內部系統帳號與權限
-
負責 macOS 環境之資安維運與安全性更新
-
跨部門協作（如採購、行政、資訊相關單位），彙整需求、協助預算編列與內部流程執行
-
依個人興趣與能力，參與辦公室自動化或系統維運相關工作

具備基本英文閱讀與溝通能力

熟悉 macOS 與 Windows 作業系統之安裝、維護與問題排除

若對流程自動化或系統維運有進一步學習意願者尤佳
