职缺描述
• 監督台灣分公司的所有財務職能，包括會計、財務和稅務
• 執行日常財務管理並監督實體的財務報告系統、流程和控制
• 提出並準備標準經常性和非經常性日記帳分錄，包括調整分錄
• 協助進行期末結帳流程中財務報表交易差異分析審查
• 協助編制準確及時的月度、季度和年度財務報表，包括所有 BS 項目的明細
• 參與固定資產管理，包括資本化、處置、每月折舊、實體資產標記、年度盤點和滾動計劃
• 執行總帳活動分析，包括帳戶對帳和銀行對帳
• 透過撰寫專案報告提供財務狀況資訊；依要求完成特殊項目
• 協助庫存成本團隊利用公司的 ERP 系統進行庫存管理與成本會計
• 與多個內部部門和外部各方合作並經常溝通，以確保實體遵守所有當地報告要求
• 確保及時完成當地法定合規報告和審計
• 隨著業務的成長和變化適應新的任務和責任
• 以專業的方式和積極的態度為組織做出貢獻
职务需求
• 會計、金融或相關領域的學士學位
• 優先考慮註冊會計師，但不是必要的
• 至少 5 年工作經驗，有審計經驗者優先
• 熟悉 NetSuite 者優先
• 必須具備自我指導能力並能獨立工作，同時也能與他人很好地合作
• 能夠遵守緊迫的期限並表現出負責任的行為
• 精通 MS Office。 Excel 進階技能
• 卓越的組織能力、跟進能力和對細節的關注
• 具備良好的書面和口頭溝通能力
• 較強的分析與解決問題的能力
• 能夠在快節奏的環境中良好地工作
• 持續的出席率和可靠性
