Responsibilities

1. Oversee SBI and MBI sustaining systems and D2D/D2DB DetectionCode maintenance in Taiwan.
2. Responsible for SW quality testing, releasing, and job management for sustaining systems and DetectionCode.
3. Participate in RD Feature review meetings, providing feedback on engineering specs and design documents.
4. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans covering functional, system-level, integration, and regression tests.
5. Collaborate with software developers and field engineers to address defects promptly, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.

【必要條件】

• Master's degree in relevant fields such as software engineering, computer science, or electrical/electronics engineering, with a focus on applied mathematics.
• Proficiency in software build, testing, releasing, and documentation, with coding experience in C# or C/C++ preferred.
• Familiarity with both Windows and Linux environments, including command operations, setup, and kernel buildup.
• Strong collaboration, communication, and documentation skills, including the ability to lead cross-project teams and communicate effectively in English and Chinese.
• Interest or experience in team leadership, with a track record of leading small teams (3-5 people).
• Substantial experience in software quality assurance (5-7 years) and coding (1-2 years), with a focus on cross-team communication and collaboration.
