詳細工作內容：

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, frontend and backend engineers, to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance
• Collaborate with the team through code reviews and regular knowledge sharing sessions.
• Remain up-to-date on the latest Android technologies, frameworks, and design patterns.
• Continuously look for ways to improve development processes and methodologies.
• Optimize application performance, ensuring a smooth and responsive user experience.
• Develop leadership by participating in leading software architecture design, establishing coding standards, and adopting best practices for Android development within the project team.

【Minimum Qualifications】

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
• At least 3 years' experience in Android native application development (Kotlin as primary).
• Strong understanding of software design patterns, object-oriented programming principles, and code optimization techniques.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills.
• Ability to take initiative and drive projects independently.

【Preferred Qualifications】

• Proficiency in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable architectures, such as MVVM, Clean Architecture.
• Familiarity with Android security best practices and data protection techniques.
• Experience with agile methodologies and continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/ CD) practices.
• Excellent communication skills in English (fluency preferred).
