【職務內容】
設定公司短中期技術佈局與長期技術戰略，提升公司業績與利潤
【工作職掌】
1. 依據公司商業規劃，評估最佳化與人工智慧在的應用趨勢以及實務可行性，為公司新產品或既有產品規劃適當開發升級計畫
2. 建立高效率的工程與科學團隊
3. 完善專案研發與專案流程
4. 帶領/監督工程與科學團隊進行產品與專案開發，建立系統架構，解決技術問題
5. 作為產品與專案技術窗口，與產品、專案業務等部門溝通協作，確保產品在品質、時程、技術滿足市場需求
6. 依據各種限制評估適當技術應用於產品與專案
7. 了解並規劃每一位工程師/科學家的升級路線
8. 人力規劃與風險管理
職務需求
1. 具備商業思維
2. 具備最佳化(Optimization)經驗
3. 具備軟體架構師(Software architect)能力
4. 熟悉規劃與設計系統開發流程
5. 熟悉Linux開發管理維運
6. 熟悉公有雲部署服務維運
7. 追蹤舊技術的迭代與新技術的發展，並評估是否能夠導入公司使用或是促使團隊升級
8. 熟悉雲端平台的解決方案
9. 能夠評估各方案的開發資源與營運成本
