职缺描述
- 時間管理:能夠安排自己在店鋪的工作優先順序,處理主管即時的交辦事務,有效益地完成每日
工作。參與每周陳列會議,安排每季,每月及每日工作重點。 - 店鋪陳列事務管理:包含每季陳列、陳列相關訊息溝通、店內道具維護。
- 維持陳列:與店主管及同事合作,以每日營運的需求為基礎,「引導」店鋪同事做到最佳陳列維
護。 - 溝通與計畫:能夠保持與總公司 VM 與 RETAIL 主管的溝通渠道暢通,並發現店鋪在陳列上的機會
點,提出改善計畫。 - 道具管理:發現道具需求,維護道具品質。與 BOH 合作整理道具倉儲空間;教育同事善用並愛
惜道具。 - 團隊合作:持續與店舖各部門合作。與各品項負責人維持賣場與待陳的陳列品質。與 BOH 管理
庫存整理方式,分類庫存、待陳及特別商品的擺放位置,以掌握必陳商品的露出及待陳商品的狀
況。 - 接收即時訊息:能夠持續跟進群組、郵件、相關會議,汲取陳列相關更新,施作即時調整,讓陳
列日新月異。 - 教育訓練:規劃定期店鋪內的陳列訓練以傳達相關知識,讓同事都能熟悉日常陳列,維持陳列品
質,提升品牌形象。 - 提出意見:與區域主管及店主管合作,在陳列營運或活動上適時提出意見或是解決方法。
- 回顧:主動檢視自己的每季工作進度、品質,並主動與總公司 VM 與 RETAIL 主管討論機會點,列
出改善計畫。
