Job Description
1. 負責人資相關事務（協助各部門完成招募流程、規劃招募專案，以及協助公司找到優秀的人才）
2. 妥善維護員工關係並解決衝突
3. 對外及對內連絡窗口（對內跨部門、對外如獵頭、各大求職平台等）
4. 執行員工之福利規劃（如春酒、員工餐食、公關相關活動等）
5. 負責辦公室環境與設備之清潔與維護
6. 協助處理庶務性行政工作（如辦公室機器叫修維護、辦公用品採購）
7. 完成主管交辦事項

Requirements
- 學歷要求：大學、碩士
- 科系要求：語文及人文學科類、商業及管理學科類
- 工作經歷：2年招聘或人力資源經驗
- 語言能力：流暢的中英溝通能力
- 工作技能：具備人力資源相關知識、面試技巧、招募任用制度設計、執行日常招募業務、行政事務處理、勞工保險相關法規
- 電腦技能： 項目管理和電腦技能（Excel、PowerPoint）
- 其他條件： 主動積極、學習能力強，對技術人才格局有深刻的商業洞察力。能夠適應流動和變化的工作環境，有效處理多重優先事項，並控管專案進度
