【Responsibilities】
- 機器安裝與部署工具
- 供跨團隊使用的 API 服務與基礎設施
- 與其他團隊的 Ops 合作以建立更成熟的遠端機器管理/監控/問題處理流程
- 導入能提升工程開發效率的 Best Practices (eg., CI/CD, automation, new productivity tools)
- 提供疑難排解工具與技術支援以協助國內外的 Customer Success 團隊，需要做 on-call 輪值
- 透過跨團隊合作，與各方專家共同評估各種軟硬體解決方案的可行性
职务需求
【Required Skills】
- 5年DevOps/SRE相關經驗
- 過往有雲端或地端的服務維運、基礎設施建置經驗
- 熟悉網路架構與通訊協定
- 熟悉 Python 程式開發與 Linux 開發環境
- 擅長撰寫各類小工具以增進開發效率
- 心態開放樂於做各種想法討論及技術分享
- 有良好的中英文溝通能力
