BuckChaf is a London-founded Web3 and FinTech consulting company working with Tier-1 exchanges, protocols, and infrastructure providers.

We are hiring a Junior SaaS Sales Representative to support our APAC and global expansion, working closely with institutional clients and internal cross-functional teams in a remote-first environment.

Role Overview

The Junior SaaS Sales Representative role is designed for candidates with early-stage sales experience who want to grow into a professional SaaS sales career.

You will work closely with senior sales, marketing, and customer success teams to learn structured SaaS selling, pipeline management, and customer engagement in a real-world environment.

This role focuses on skill development, execution discipline, and long-term growth, not immediate high-pressure closing.

What You’ll Do

  • Support lead qualification and early-stage sales conversations

  • Assist with demos, proposals, and follow-ups

  • Maintain CRM records and sales documentation

  • Learn and follow structured SaaS sales processes

  • Collaborate with Marketing and CS to support customer acquisition

  • Gradually take ownership of smaller deals or accounts

  • Prior experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles

  • Strong communication skills and learning mindset

  • Interest in SaaS, Web3, or FinTech products

  • Organized, proactive, and coachable attitude
