職位概述（Role Overview）
作為 BuckChaf 的 Crypto Trader（現貨與衍生品），你將負責在 現貨與衍生品市場（包含永續合約與期貨） 中，執行主觀或半系統化的交易策略。
此職位適合具備 實際 PnL 責任經驗、高度風險意識，並能在 機構級風控框架 下穩定執行交易的專業交易員。
你將與 研究、鏈上分析（On-chain Analysis）與風險管理團隊 密切合作，以確保交易表現具備一致性，並有效控制下行風險。

工作內容（What You’ll Do）
- 於中心化交易所執行現貨與衍生品交易
- 即時管理持倉、槓桿與整體曝險
- 遵循既定的風險控管與部位管理規則
- 與分析師及策略研究人員合作發想交易機會
- 完整紀錄交易邏輯、執行過程與交易後檢討
- 依據市場結構與環境變化調整交易策略

- 具備加密貨幣現貨與／或衍生品交易的實務經驗
- 對各類下單方式、資金費率、流動性與滑價有深入理解
- 展現良好的風險控管紀律與回撤控制能力
- 能在高壓與高波動環境中獨立決策
- 熟悉機構級交易環境者尤佳

招募流程（Institutional Trading & Risk Team）
在 BuckChaf，針對交易相關職位的招募流程具備結構化、選擇性高且尊重候選人時間的設計。
我們重視的是真實經驗、決策品質與風險意識，而非大量、制式化的履歷篩選。
整體招募流程通常需 2–4 週，實際時間依職位與雙方時程而定。
1. 履歷審查（Application Review）
我們將著重於以下重點進行審查：
- 與職位高度相關的實務背景（交易、鏈上分析或風險管理）
- 具體的實作經驗，而非僅止於理論層面
- 清楚說明個人責任範圍、決策角色與實際成果
＊未能展現實際市場操作、數據分析或風控框架經驗的候選人，將不會進入下一階段。
2. 職位專屬書面評估（Role-Specific Written Assessment）
（非同步進行，設計以高效率為原則）
每個職位皆包含一份簡短、與角色高度相關的書面評估，用以在正式面試前判斷候選人的思考品質與實務深度。
評估內容包含：
- 交易決策說明（進場、風險控管、出場邏輯）
- 部位大小與回撤控制的判斷依據
- 市場情境分析與應對方式
3. 專業／技術面試（Technical / Domain Interview）
此階段將深入探討：
- 你過去親自做出的交易決策與取捨
- 面對市場結構變化時的應對方式
- 你的風險管理哲學與執行紀律
- 在壓力下清楚溝通與表達想法的能力
＊此階段為雙向交流，我們也鼓勵候選人主動詢問關於資金配置、風控框架與角色期待的問題。
4. 最終面試（文化與責任感契合度）
最終階段將聚焦於長期合作的契合度，包括：
- Ownership 心態與責任感
- 是否能在專業風控框架下穩定運作
- 面對高度不確定性與快速變動市場的適應度
- 對於在機構級交易團隊中長期發展的期待
此面試旨在確保雙方在做出最終決定前，能達成清楚且一致的共識。
