Role Summary
We are looking for a Junior Backend Engineer to join our backend team.
You will help build backend services and orchestration logic for a cloud platform, working closely with Tech Leads and infrastructure engineers.
Responsibilities
Backend Development
- Implement backend services and APIs
- Work on orchestration logic for cloud resources
- Integrate with:
- Kubernetes / Rancher
- OpenStack / infrastructure services
API & System Design
- Develop RESTful APIs
- Follow contract-first API design (Swagger/OpenAPI)
- Ensure API correctness and consistency
Debugging & Reliability
Debug backend and integration issues
Work with frontend and infra engineers to resolve cross-system problems
Improve system stability and error handling
Collaboration & Development Flow
- Work closely with:
- Backend Tech Lead
- Infra engineers
- Frontend engineers
- Participate in:
- story refinement
- sprint development
- cross-domain feature integration
- Follow our engineering model:
- PM defines problem
- Tech Leads define solution
- Engineers refine and implement collaboratively
L3 On-Call (with Mentorship)
- Participate in weekly L3 rotation
- Responsibilities include:
- triaging issues
- debugging APIs
- escalating when needed

Persyaratan
Requirements
Must-have
- 0–3 years backend development experience
- Familiar with at least one backend language:
- Go (preferred), Python, or Java
- Understanding of:
- REST APIs
- HTTP / JSON
- Basic Linux knowledge
- Strong problem-solving mindset
Nice-to-have
- Experience with Kubernetes / Docker
- Familiar with Go (Golang)
- Understanding of cloud-native concepts
- Basic networking knowledge (IP, CIDR)
