2. Manage Network Infrastructure
Install, configure, and support an organization‘s local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), Internet system and other data network systems across the organizationMaintain network hardware and software. Monitor network to ensure network availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support network availabilityDiagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessaryMonitor and maintain backup system including disaster recovery procedure.Plan, coordinate, and implement network security measures to protect data, software, and hardwareAnalyze, troubleshoot and respond if any information security matter happens to ensure the company security informationWork with third-party providers and suppliers to maintain network viability and efficiencyResearch options for introducing emerging technologies to improve network performance and remain current in networking infrastructure.
3. Manage Internal System
Participate in the development of internal management systems: ERP, CRM,...Support and complete the system for human resource management (HRM) including timesheet management, C&B, employee appraisal and HR related matters;Support, develop and maintain internal system of whole the company;Have knowledge of: Windows server, vCenter, ESXi, Backup Server, Alarm system
4. Manage Wireless Infrastructure
Troubleshooting tasks to prevent downtimeProviding solutions for upgrade managementDeveloping plans to address consistent wireless network problemsPlanning for future strategies and initiatives to keep the network operating at high performanceTraining in-house staff on wireless technologies, if applicablePutting solutions in place to continuously test network performanceTesting and modifying equipment as neededDeploying access points appropriately and effectivelyConducting site surveys.
