Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drive new business growth for AI Call Agent solutions through proactive outbound sales, strategic prospecting, and participation in industry events.
2. Research target accounts, identify key decision-makers, and develop tailored engagement strategies to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
3. Engage with executives and decision-makers across SMB and enterprise clients to present conversational AI and call automation solutions that address their business challenges.
4. Conduct consultative sales discussions to uncover operational pain points and propose customized solutions leveraging AI technology.
5. Collaborate with internal technical and product teams to design solution proposals, demos, and proof-of-concepts that align with client needs.
6. Represent the company at conferences, trade shows, and networking events, gathering insights on market trends and customer demands.
7. Identify new sales channels, partnership opportunities, and campaign strategies to increase solution adoption and market reach.
8. Maintain strong knowledge of conversational AI technologies, competitive offerings, and emerging industry trends to refine go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

Requirements:
1. 5–10 years of proven experience in B2B technology sales, preferably in AI, SaaS, communication, or customer service software industries.
2. Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain AI-driven solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Fluent in English, both spoken and written; comfortable presenting to international clients.
4. Highly self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
5. Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience engaging senior executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
6. Proficient in CRM systems (HubSpot experience preferred), MS Office, and G Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience selling communication platforms, call center, or customer support software solutions.
• Familiarity with AI voice, NLP, or automation technologies is a strong plus.
