Talent Acquisition:
Shape the Candidate Experience (End-to-End Recruiting): Manage the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a smooth candidate journey. This includes posting job openings, screening candidate resumes, and scheduling interviews.Support Recruitment Operations: Execute core recruiting tasks, such as proactively sourcing candidates, preparing interview materials for hiring managers, and tracking interview feedback and results.Drive Employer Branding EVP Initiatives: Participate in the planning and execution of employer branding events and activities. Support programs related to L'Oréal's Employer Value Proposition (EVP) to help promote our company culture.Execute Campus Recruitment Events: Assist in the coordination and preparation of campus recruitment activities, such as Digital and Marketing Summer Camp
People Development Learning:
Support 2026 Talent Programs (FLEX, Discovery, MT): Assist in the planning and execution of the learning projects. Help manage project timelines and ensure a high-quality experience for all participants.Drive AI Upskilling Initiatives (AI for Learning): Participate in the "AI for Learning" internal upskilling pilot program. Help coordinate training sessions and support the team in adopting AI tools for professional development.Talent Development Vendor Partnership Review: Assist in reviewing and evaluating partnerships with training vendors.Execute Learning Operations (Daily Support)
Professional Skills:
Project Coordination Management: Capability to coordinate timelines, resources, and stakeholders for various projects.
Communication Collaboration: Proficiency in effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external vendors.Digital Literacy AI Acumen: Basic understanding of AI tools and concepts, with the ability to assist in gathering and organizing related information.Research Analytical Skills: Competence in collecting, organizing, and conducting preliminary analysis of HR trends, vendor solutions, and AI-related content.
