  • The summer intern program is a 2-month program designed for students who look for real job responsibilities and working experience.

  • Understand the business process and gain valuable insights.
  • Be inspired and earn a precious opportunity to participate in our Management Trainee Program.



Responsibilities:

  • Consumer Insight Analysis: Assist in analyzing consumer behaviors to help recruit new consumers
  • Campaign Execution (e.g., Super brand days, spike days): Support the end-to-end preparation and ensure smooth operations for major festivals.
  • Product Launch: Assist in the E-Commerce go-to-market strategy for hero product launch and staging plan.
  • Performance Monitoring: Assist in daily sales tracking.
  • E-Store and Material Management: Co-op with agency to ensure timelines and creative materials can effectively trigger conversion rates.
  • Promotion Optimization: Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of promotion schemes and GWPs.
  • Competitor Monitoring

Professional Skills:

    • Digital Awareness: Familiar with E-Commerce platforms (Shopee, Momo) and social media trends.
    • Basic Data Knowledge: Proficient in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and PowerPoint.
    • Attention to Detail: High accuracy in managing product information, prices, and stock levels.
    • Visual Sensitivity: A good eye for beauty trends and digital layout/design.
    • Agility: learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
    • Teamwork: Strong communication skills to work with different teams.

    Requirements

    Requirements:

    • Taiwanese Nationality
    • Current student – currently pursuing Bachelor (in the 3rd year) or Master Degree
    • Proficient in English and Chinese both verbal & written
    • Available for full-time internship Monday – Friday from 9.30 am – 6.30 pm in 2026 July and August.
